LAKEWOOD, N.J., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ — The Lightstone Group today announced that Sears Hardware has signed an 8,000-square-foot, lease extension at the New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center located at 1441 South Dixie Freeway in New Smyrna Beach, Fl.

Sears Hardware Stores is one of the country’s leading retailers of appliances, hardware, electronics and lawn and garden equipment. They offer consumers leading proprietary brands including Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard, which are among the most trusted and preferred brands in the U.S. Sears Hardware will continue to use this location as an appliance store.

The 101,321-square-foot New Smyrna Beach Shopping Center is located on South Dixie Freeway (U.S. Route 1), a major north-south corridor at the intersection of Sixth Street. Located in a residential community, the shopping center is a destination attraction for locals and is home to EPIC Beacon Theatre and Parts Depot, a major U.S. distributor and reseller of automotive parts. Other tenants include Dollar General, Sherwin-Williams Williams and McGee Tire, formerly Gatto’s Goodyear Service Center.
